"1. Women and girls need to be deliberately selected as a target because they still make up the larger proportion of those left behind in financial services, and general socio-economic empowerment. 2. Women and girls still make up the bulk of the unemployed population across the world, and are more likely to suffer deep marginalization in conservative societies that limit their mobility and voice like in Libya. 3. Women may require extra privacy to feel comfortable using ICTs; in a conservative society, this might mean a women-only marketing space. 4. Self-help groups and sense of ownership 5. The majority of women are unable to work, either because of social restrictions , cultural conservatism or lack of qualifications. 6. A boost out of poverty , where this project will provide a guaranteed source of income for women, especially mothers , housewives, and handicapped which will consequently improve their economic and health conditions. 7. The nature of the products (cooking, household items .. etc ), which are considered an increasingly demanded commodity. 8. Ease and simplicity of the process. 9. There are no pre-programmed national plans containing such type of projects. 10. This project supports the idea of transformation to the digital economy, which is adopted by most of the developed countries 11. it’s contribution to support the national economy Women, Specifically housewives and handicapped with special needs"
