Famcare was launched in October 2020 with a mission to improve the mental health and well-being of people at home and work by providing the most affordable, accessible, and secure tele health services. It offers a psychological and social counseling session for the public “B2C”. Our primary goal in the launch phase was to provide a radical solution for all the obstacles that limit the beneficiary's trust in the consultation due to awareness and bad image. For this we offered: 1) Affordable cost with free diagnostic session. 2) Highest level of privacy - GDPR Compliance. 3) 24/7 Availability - live and scheduled sessions. 4) Geographical availability. 5) Accreditation of service providers whom are all Saudi female specialists and consultants.
