Arab Startup Competition Tenth Edition 2017: Ideas Track - Semi-finalist
Description
Speetar™, is seeking to establish an innovative regional, multidisciplinary specialist network, integrating more than 14 types of medical specialists, serving patient populations throughout the Middle East and North African region, with emphasis on the suffering post conflict war-torn countries. Once, fully installed, Speetar™ platform will bring unparalleled, timely access to quality healthcare, as needed, creating huge cost savings and efficiency in allocating resources. The built-in healthcare management system will provide cloud based electronic medical recording, doctor-patient scheduling, real time identity verification, billing and video conferencing, all in one end to end solution. We plan to bring together different modalities of telemedicine to create a virtual multi-specialty practice within the local ecosystems. Our approach greatly increases the access to specialty providers, primarily including, psychiatry, dermatology, infectious disease, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, oncology, management of high risk pregnancy, maternal and pediatric health.
