Notchapp is a mobile application and a web platform that aims to improve the quality of public services by giving citizens the opportunity to rate and comment on the quality of service offered to them. Notchapp's ambition is to put the citizen at the heart of the concerns of the public services for which he pays his taxes and makes him the main player in improving his living conditions according to the rules adopted by Smart Cities around of the world. The mobile application offers, on the one hand, the citizen the possibility to: - Gelollocate nearest services - Identify the best performing services (the best rated) - Express an opinion and a degree of satisfaction with the quality of services offered - Get ideas out - Alert decision makers in real time of the problems they may encounter in the services that concern them. Thus, Notchapp will help citizens optimize their time. On the other hand, the application enables decision-makers to: - Monitor in real time the satisfaction of the citizens and follow its evolution in time (during the day, during the week ...) - Have dashboards analyzing their behavior according to statistical data (age, sex ...) - Collect the proposals and be alerted in real time of the possible incidents. - Identify organizational problems and have the necessary tools to remedy them. The platform integrates big data and Artificial Intelligence technologies (including sentimental analysis) to better understand citizen feedback.
