Our project is perceived as an innovation in the perfume’s production. In fact, it allows a better conservation of the plant species, decrease it dependence and a greater Performance than the best solution that already exist In the current era. A superb alliance between microbial world and the world of flavors can reduce the amount of needs to produce a perfume (3 to 5 tons of petals to produce one kilo of the essential oil by the daily methods). To remedy This low-yielding problem, our method is to provide economies of scale by getting rid of dependence on seasons and labor. Another point provided by such an approach is the fact of placing upstream of any other actor in the field considered while having a multitude of potential customers to aim (perfumeries, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, agri-foodstuffs). The ecological aspect can not get unnoticed. A green and ecological method preserves the plant species with ease of implementation and a much higher production (flavor) compared to those 4 produced by the other solutions already adopted, which allows a significant reduction in costs and consequently Of registered profits. Another advantage, more sophisticated, is keeping a trail of endangered species. This is Insured by injecting the genetic material of these species into a "competent" bacterium.
