CVDO.TN is a web platform providing an innovative recruitment process aiming to deal with issues related to job interviews to for both employers and jobseekers. Actually, CVDO would allow employers to: - Optimize and lighten the task of organizing and managing recruitment campaigns (advertisements, cv sorts, interviews) - Facilitate the detection of good profiles; - Save time and money. On the job seekers side, CVDO would permit to: - To apply for job offers via a CV in video format, which is likely to better reflect his motivation to the recruiter and to add a human aspect to his application; - Have remote access to pre-recorded job interviews, thus avoiding problems of availability and mobility CVDO offers mainly three services: - CV in video format reflecting a true image of the proposed profile ; - Pre-recorded job interviews based on questions pre-established and inserted by the employer which candidates respond to when they are available via their webcams and that will be viewed, commented and assessed by the employer in order to receive only the best profiles in the physical interview. - Remote live Videoconference interviews with the possibility of recording videos to review them.
