Description

Our idea consists of producing various types of mashrooms on the coffee mark which is considered as waste, and it is avaible in big quantities. The sub product would be used as naturel fertilizer, with this project we are interested in waste and in the valorisation of products. Our idea is part of the circular economy and it is part of the sustainable developement, it is inspired from green economy and non waste creating products us as humains we create a lot of waste that we can recycle and valorize. For instance in our case statistics shows that for 1 kg of coffee only 0.002% in our stomacs which is the equivalent of 2 grammes and we also found out that the coffee mark is a favorable place to grow mashrooms In Tunisia, coffee places and thé saloons throw at least 2kg daily of coffee so we've seen this as an opportunity for our project knowing that it will a big waste of coffee annualy throwed out Also what makes this project intresting and Tunisia being a good place for it the fact that the mashrooms culture dosen't exist here. With this project we are creating additional value from waste recycling that we didn't know how to use before. Technically we are going to create naturel conditions for the naturel developement of mashrooms to make sure we have an annual production we have estimated the possibilityof creating 1 ton of high quality mashrooms in the first year.
