Description

The project consists in the manufacture of a cooler which generates a cooled air flow at a temperature of up to -40 ° C by exploiting the dynamic characteristics of the compressed air. Compact and economical, the device does not use electrical power, and has no moving parts. The best application of this device is the industry where compressed air is available. It can be used in several applications such as cooling parts that warm up after or during their manufacture such as foundry, welding, machining, plastics processing etc. It can also be used to improve ambient air quality in the industry by blowing fresh air into the working environment. Thus, it can save on existing processes or solve problems that are still unresolved today. The technology is new in Tunisia, but it is widespread in the modern industry of the developed countries. Nevertheless, improvements can still be made by exploiting the advantages of the IOT. Thus, it is possible to make the device connected to remotely control it when mounted in a location that is not within reach. The project targets the local market as well as the international one, it could create about ten jobs, but above all, it could save a lot of energy
