Description

Today Wakilni is made up of a call center operated by (1) customer service officer. Wakilni caters to around 80 requests per day using a team of (3) full time and (1) part time drivers. Our operations is built around Salesforce cloud-based CRM. Our corporate clients communicate with the call center using a web-portal. The call center communicates with the drivers through Salesforce1 mobile app.
